In times of economic uncertainty, the issue of cost-effectiveness is becoming enormously important in order to keep overall project costs in check. In addition, the current shortage of labour and skilled workers is forcing people to work more efficiently. Occupational safety is no less important to protect against accidents and to make jobs in the construction industry more attractive.

These requirements are met by our new products and services that were presented at bauma 2022 in hall B3.449. With a stand area of approx. 500 m², visitors were able to experience all three product groups for themselves from 24 – 30 October 2022.

Geotechnical engineering product group

The TITAN self-drilling micropile transfers loads into the subsoil. The system, which has been approved by the German building authorities, is now available with an even wider range of applications. The development of new sizes of the TITAN Hollow Steel Bar (TITAN 40/27, 52/29, 103/72) has further improved economic efficiency, as a reduction in steel use can be realised and the utilisation of the hollow steel bar can be further optimised.

With such a large selection of hollow bars to choose from, how can an efficient and economic design choice of bar and length required to safely transfer loads be made? The smartTITAN online design tool provides a quick answer to this question with (pre-)dimensioning of the TITAN micropiles according to specified loads. Just in time for bauma, the smartTITAN online design tool has been further optimised and is available in a new version with a new technical basis and simplified easy to use design interface.

The range of drill bits has also been further expanded. The new carbide Y-drill bit is an economical solution that can also be used for overlying soils (first soil, then rock) and has excellent drilling qualities.

Formwork systems product range

Additions to the TITAN aluminium Megashore system ensure safe working conditions. If it is not possible to use the convenient aluminium scaffold stair in the TITAN aluminium Megashore system, there is a new solution. The access panel with extending aluminium ladder enables safe access in the TITAN aluminium formwork scaffolding – even retrofitted or in confined spaces. The aluminium scaffold board can be used to complete the working levels and can be complemented with various additional edge protection options.

Quick Strike is an accessory that can be retrofitted to TITAN adjustable aluminium legs. It simplifies striking where extreme loads are involved – with just a few hammer-blows. Quick Strike is effortless and reduces site noise for a better environment for all. It enables faster striking times and avoids damage to materials.

The TITAN HV aluminium floor slab formwork also guarantees safe working conditions as a technical solution. The new TITAN HV guard rail post is mounted from below – safely, quickly and easily without rope protection.

The versatile TITAN clamped guard rail post is quickly mounted on concrete slabs and formwork beams. In combination with aluminium side guards, wooden planks, telescopic guardrails or scaffold tubes, the new TITAN guard-railing clamp also ensures safe working conditions.

Shoring systems product range

For more than 30 years, the GIGANT lightweight aluminium shoring system has been convincing with its light weight and durability. The modular aluminium system is the ideal system for trenches in inner-city areas, private house connections or inspection work.

With the ladder access, the GIGANT shoring system has an additional safety-relevant element. No more climbing over the channel struts or wobbly ladders, no more space-consuming sloping. The fixed ladder with a stable, straight layout makes safe walking in the trench possible.

At bauma 2022, ISCHEBECK TITAN once again presents well thought-out product concepts with custom-fit services that make work easier, safer and more economical. The company pursues the goal of offering its customers additional value and benefit thought its product, advice and service, in addition to more safety and economic efficiency for the construction industry.

Seven terrific bauma days are over. Many thanks to all our visitors. We are looking forward to seeing you all again soon!
