Für die Bemessung hat unsere Schalungsplanung das Programm smartTITAN genutzt, um das Alu-Schalungsgerüst TITAN optimal und flexibel einzusetzen. Mit dem Programm konnten wir, auch außerhalb der Typenprüfung, einen baurechtlichen Nachweis erstellen.

The TITAN aluminium Megashore system has been chosen for the refurbishment of a beam at 22 metres height. Safety and experience were the main reasons that convinced our sales partner Elvermann GmbH – Schaltechnik to select this economical system.
The TITAN aluminium Megashore system offers a stable working platform and reliable support for the formwork during the concreting process. The TITAN aluminium scaffold stair case was also integrated for a safe access to the beam. This is an essential part of the emergency rescue concept.
In collaboration with Elvermann GmbH – Schaltechnik, we provided comprehensive advice and support in all phases of the project for the responsible contractor, Fenne Baugesellschaft mbH.
The formwork was designed with the smartTITAN software, to ensure optimum, flexible use of the TITAN aluminium Megashore system. This also enabled us to be in accordance with German building legislation.
