A lot has happened at ISCHEBECK. At bauma 2025, we demonstrated how recent developments in efficiency, digitalisation and sustainability are being translated into tangible solutions – practical, customer-focused and aligned with the demands of future-ready construction projects. From April 7 to 13, 2025, visitors had the opportunity to discover ideas and innovations across all three product segments on an area covering nearly 500 m² of exhibition space and to gain fresh inspiration. Produktbereich Geotechnik

Die Zertifizierung des Systems Mikropfahl TITAN mit einer Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) unterstreicht die Aktivitäten des Unternehmens im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit. Ein weiteres Beispiel dafür ist der neue Mikropfahl TITAN SUSTAIN, der durch die Nutzung von recyceltem Stahlschrott und der Produktion mit Ökostrom gravierende CO2-Einsparungen ermöglicht. Ein weiterer hochrelevanter Aspekt ist die Erstellung von Fundamenten auf Mikropfählen TITAN im Bereich der Geothermie. Die Gewinnung von Erdwärme wird zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil im Energie-Mix. Durch die Integration einer Sonde in den Mikropfahl TITAN wird der Zugriff auf oberflächennahe Erdwärme ermöglicht.

Mit smartTITAN bietet ISCHEBECK digitale Tools zur Unterstützung bei der Bemessung von Bauvorhaben an und entwickelt diese stetig weiter. Die GeoOnline-Bemessung ermöglicht nun auch die Erstellung von Ausschreibungstexten, um die Planung weiter zu vereinfachen. Mit dem neuen GeoBIM können individuelle Revit-Modelle erstellt und nahtlos in Planungen integriert werden.

Die Bohrkronen von ISCHEBECK bieten Präzision, Qualität und Effizienz für jeden Baugrund und werden kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. Als Beispiel seien die Hartmetall-Stiftbohrkrone und die Hartmetall-Y-Stufenbohrkrone genannt, die mit optimiertem Design für eine verbesserte Bohrleistung sorgen.

ISCHEBECK zeigte auf der bauma 2025 nicht nur die bewährte Ankerkopföse TITAN für Mikropfähle, die für temporäre und permanente Abspannungen geeignet sind, sondern auch eine speziell entwickelte Ankerkopf-Doppelöse. Diese maßgeschneiderte Lösung wurde gemeinsam mit einem Kunden für Stromleitungsprojekte in den USA entwickelt und basiert auf dessen spezifischen Anforderungen. Die Lösung bietet einen klaren Mehrwert und zeigt die partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit sowie die Dynamik bei der Weiterentwicklung der ISCHEBECK Qualitätsprodukte.

Product segment: Geotechnics

The certification of the TITAN micropile system with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) highlights the company’s commitment to sustainability. Another example is the new TITAN SUSTAIN micropile, which enables significant CO₂ savings through the use of recycled steel scrap and production powered by green electricity. A particularly relevant application is the use of TITAN micropiles as foundations for geothermal energy systems. Harnessing geothermal energy is becoming an increasingly important part of the energy mix. By integrating a probe into the TITAN micropile, access to near-surface geothermal energy becomes possible.

With smartTITAN, ISCHEBECK offers digital tools to support structural design and is continuously improving their functionality. With the new GeoBIM tool, custom Revit models can be created and seamlessly integrated into project planning.

ISCHEBECK drill bits stand for quality and efficiency in all soil conditions and are under continuous development. Notable examples include the tungsten carbide button bit and the tungsten carbide Y-step bit, both of which feature optimised designs for enhanced drilling performance.

At bauma 2025, we showcased not only the proven TITAN eye bolts for micropiles—suitable for both temporary and permanent tensioning—but also a specially developed double eye bolt. This customised solution was created in collaboration with a client for power line projects in the United States, tailored precisely to their requirements. It provides clear added value and reflects ISCHEBECK’s dynamic, customer-oriented product development and strong partnerships.

Produktbereich Schalungssysteme

Im Schalungsbereich setzen die ISCHEBECK-Systeme weiterhin Maßstäbe in Sachen Wirtschaftlichkeit, einfacher Handhabung und Arbeitssicherheit.

Das Alu-Schalungsgerüst TITAN zeigt, dass den Einsatzmöglichkeiten keine Grenzen gesetzt sind. Als Stützturm, Traggerüst, Treppenturm, Randtisch, Schaltisch oder auch Schalwagen, für hohe und niedrige Lasten – die Möglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Ein auf der bauma gezeigter Alu-Aussteifrahmen aus dem hauseigenen Mietpark ist bereits seit 1992 im Einsatz. Der Rahmen ist nach wie vor mit dem aktuellen System kompatibel, voll funktionsfähig und zeigt so die Langlebigkeit des Systems.

Die Alu-Deckenschalung TITAN HV steht für schnelles, sicheres und einfaches Arbeiten auf der Baustelle. ISCHEBECK zeigte, wie der Einschalprozess effizient abläuft – praxisnah und anwenderfreundlich. Gleichzeitig erfüllt das System die definierten Anforderungen der DGUV-Regel 101-014, wenn die Träger in einem Abstand von ≤ 30 cm verlegt werden, auch ohne zusätzliche Sicherungsmaßnahmen. Geprüft nach GS-BAU 18. Außerdem bestätigen neue Zeitaufnahmen die unglaubliche Schnelligkeit bei Ein- und Ausschalen des Systems. Diese beiden Aspekte der integrierten Arbeitssicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit geben weiterhin Investitionssicherheit.

Product segment: Formwork systems

In the formwork sector, ISCHEBECK systems continue to set benchmarks in terms of cost-efficiency, ease of handling and worksite safety.

The TITAN Megashore system demonstrates that there are virtually no limits to its applications. Whether used as a megashore tower, megashore shoring, stair case tower, edge table formwork, table formwork or formwork wagon – the system offers versatile solutions for all kinds of load situations. A highlight at bauma was an aluminium frame from our rental fleet that has been in use since 1992. Still fully compatible with the current system and in excellent working condition, it demonstrates the system’s outstanding durability.

The TITAN HV aluminium slab formwork is engineered for fast, safe and straightforward use on construction sites. ISCHEBECK presented the practical and user-friendly formwork solution, showing just how efficient it can be. When beams are spaced at ≤ 30 cm, the system meets the safety requirements defined by DGUV Rule 101-014 without the need for additional fall protection – certified according to GS-BAU 18. Recent time studies have also confirmed the impressive speed of the system in both forming and stripping processes. This unique combination of built-in safety and economic efficiency ensures long-term investment security.

Produktbereich Verbausysteme

Auch im Bereich der Verbausysteme setzt ISCHEBECK verstärkt auf digitale Services, um Tiefbauunternehmen den Einsatz der Alu-Leichtverbau Produkte zu erleichtern. Im Rahmen der smartTITAN Online-Services wurden neue Tools für den Alu-Verbau entwickelt. Mit dem neuen Konfigurator kann schnell und einfach die individuelle Verbau-Einheit definiert werden. Nach Auswahl der Verbauart – Grabenverbau, Schachtverbau, Stirnverbau, Kammerplattenverbau – können Länge, Breite und Tiefe ausgewählt und eine Artikelliste für die durchgeführte Konfiguration erstellt werden. Ergänzt wird das Angebot um den AluAssist, ein intelligenter Chatbot, der jederzeit schnell und zuverlässig eine Vielzahl an Antworten und technischen Lösungen gibt.

Das modulare Baukastensystem Alu-Leichtverbau GIGANT lässt sich flexibel kombinieren und erweitern. Mit wenigen Grundbauteilen können alle gängigen Grabenbreiten, -tiefen und Schwierigkeitsgrade (kreuzende Leitungen, rollige Böden, beengte Platzverhältnisse) realisiert werden. Gleichzeitig überzeugt das System durch Leichtigkeit und Schnelligkeit.

Auf der bauma wird in eine Verbaueinheit eine gebrauchte Alu-Bohle integriert. Diese Bohle ist seit 2014 in vielen Projekten im Einsatz. Trotz ihrer Jahre sieht die Bohle immer noch sehr gut aus und ist vollständig kompatibel mit neuen Bohlen.

Der Leiteraufstieg ist ein sicherheitsrelevantes Zusatzelement des Verbausystems GIGANT. Kein Klettern mehr über die Kanalstreben oder wackelig aufgestellte Leitern, kein platzraubendes Abböschen. Die fixierte Leiter mit stabiler, gerader Anlage macht ein sicheres Begehen des Grabens möglich.

Product segment: Trench lining systems

In the trench lining segment as well, ISCHEBECK is increasingly focusing on digital services to make the use of aluminium lightweight shoring systems even easier for civil engineering companies. As part of the smartTITAN online services, new tools have been developed specifically for aluminium shoring. With the new configurator, users can quickly and easily define their custom trench lining unit. The modular trench lining system GIGANT offers maximum flexibility and expandability. With just a few basic components, it can handle all common trench widths, depths and levels of complexity, whether dealing with intersecting utility lines, loose soils or tight working conditions. At the same time, the system stands out for its light weight and fast installation.

At bauma, a used aluminium trench lining panel was integrated into a box. This panel has been in active use on various projects since 2014. Despite its years of service, it still looks excellent and remains fully compatible with new panels, demonstrating the system’s durability and long-term value.

Safe ladder access is another key safety feature of the GIGANT trench lining system. There is no more need to climb over trench struts or rely on unstable ladders nor is space-consuming sloping required. A securely fixed ladder with a stable, straight mounting allows for safe and easy access to the trench.

A lot has happened at ISCHEBECK. At bauma 2025, we demonstrated how recent developments in efficiency, digitalisation and sustainability are being translated into tangible solutions – practical, customer-focused and aligned with the demands of future-ready construction projects. From April 7 to 13, 2025, visitors had the opportunity to discover ideas and innovations across all three product segments on an area covering nearly 500 m² of exhibition space and to gain fresh inspiration. A selection of highlights:

Product segment: Geotechnics

The certification of the TITAN micropile system with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) highlights the company’s commitment to sustainability. Another example is the new TITAN SUSTAIN micropile, which enables significant CO₂ savings through the use of recycled steel scrap and production powered by green electricity. A particularly relevant application is the use of TITAN micropiles as foundations for geothermal energy systems. Harnessing geothermal energy is becoming an increasingly important part of the energy mix. By integrating a probe into the TITAN micropile, access to near-surface geothermal energy becomes possible.

With smartTITAN, ISCHEBECK offers digital tools to support structural design and is continuously improving their functionality. With the new GeoBIM tool, custom Revit models can be created and seamlessly integrated into project planning.

ISCHEBECK drill bits stand for quality and efficiency in all soil conditions and are under continuous development. Notable examples include the tungsten carbide button bit and the tungsten carbide Y-step bit, both of which feature optimised designs for enhanced drilling performance.

At bauma 2025, we showcased not only the proven TITAN eye bolts for micropiles—suitable for both temporary and permanent tensioning—but also a specially developed double eye bolt. This customised solution was created in collaboration with a client for power line projects in the United States, tailored precisely to their requirements. It provides clear added value and reflects ISCHEBECK’s dynamic, customer-oriented product development and strong partnerships.

Product segment: Formwork systems

In the formwork sector, ISCHEBECK systems continue to set benchmarks in terms of cost-efficiency, ease of handling and worksite safety.

The TITAN Megashore system demonstrates that there are virtually no limits to its applications. Whether used as a megashore tower, megashore shoring, stair case tower, edge table formwork, table formwork or formwork wagon – the system offers versatile solutions for all kinds of load situations. A highlight at bauma was an aluminium frame from our rental fleet that has been in use since 1992. Still fully compatible with the current system and in excellent working condition, it demonstrates the system’s outstanding durability.

The TITAN HV aluminium slab formwork is engineered for fast, safe and straightforward use on construction sites. ISCHEBECK presented the practical and user-friendly formwork solution, showing just how efficient it can be. When beams are spaced at ≤ 30 cm, the system meets the safety requirements defined by DGUV Rule 101-014 without the need for additional fall protection – certified according to GS-BAU 18. Recent time studies have also confirmed the impressive speed of the system in both forming and stripping processes. This unique combination of built-in safety and economic efficiency ensures long-term investment security.

As part of the smartTITAN online services, new tools have been developed specifically for aluminium shoring. With the new configurator, users can quickly and easily define their custom trench lining unit.
