[text] => During her stay, Aurora gained valuable insights into the company’s workflows, business systems and corporate culture. Working closely with her Spanish colleagues in the Finance, Human Resources and Purchasing departments, she was able to broaden both her professional expertise and her intercultural skills.
She was especially impressed by the close collaboration between the international locations:
“Despite the geographical distance, the values of Friedr. Ischebeck GmbH – respect, humanity, solidarity and quality – are embodied in the everyday working life at Ischebeck Ibérica as well. The warm cooperation and open exchange clearly demonstrated how strongly our corporate culture connects people across national borders.”
Reflecting on her experience, Aurora shared:
“My time in Valencia was an enriching experience, both professionally and personally.”
The internship abroad was an important part of her apprenticeship. It provided new perspectives, fostered international collaboration and offered valuable hands-on experience, all of which contributed significantly to her professional and personal development.
