Tree decoration activity with the children of our employees

The festive season is something special for us every year. This year, however, there was a new highlight for us to enjoy: our tree decoration activity with the children of our employees. Together with their parents, they were invited to brighten up our Christmas tree with self-made decorations.
Creative tree decorations and children’s shining eyes
Brimming with happiness, full of creativity and totally engaged, the children got to work with their parents. The Christmas tree was adorned with self-made decorations. The photos show not only the lovingly decorated tree, but also the little ones who made this afternoon special.

Community, tradition and a strong sense of togetherness
“It’s lovely to see our employees and their families embracing this tradition and creating a delightful atmosphere together,” says Julia Lenz, HR Manager. “It’s good to make time for such heart-warming moments.”
The successful tree decoration activity makes it evident that we appreciate a collaborative relationship in our everyday working life.
A successful event for young and old alike
The event was a complete success: Everyone loved working together to make the Christmas decorations, which are now there for everyone to see. For us, this is a valuable contribution to a company culture that consciously promotes being together and enjoying positive experiences. Special thanks go to our colleague Melanie Zebrowski who, thanks to her wonderful idea and commitment, initiated this event.
