Ein weiteres Beispiel daf\u00fcr ist der neue Mikropfahl TITAN SUSTAIN, der durch die Nutzung von recyceltem Stahlschrott und der Produktion mit \u00d6kostrom gravierende CO2-Einsparungen erm\u00f6glicht. Ein weiterer hochrelevanter Aspekt ist die Erstellung von Fundamenten auf Mikropf\u00e4hlen TITAN im Bereich der Geothermie.\u00a0Die Gewinnung von Erdw\u00e4rme wird zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil im Energie-Mix. Durch die Integration einer Sonde in den Mikropfahl TITAN wird der Zugriff auf oberfl\u00e4chennahe Erdw\u00e4rme erm\u00f6glicht.\r\n\r\nMit smartTITAN bietet ISCHEBECK digitale Tools zur Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Bemessung von Bauvorhaben an und entwickelt diese stetig weiter. Die GeoOnline-Bemessung erm\u00f6glicht nun auch die Erstellung von Ausschreibungstexten, um die Planung weiter zu vereinfachen. Mit dem neuen GeoBIM k\u00f6nnen individuelle Revit-Modelle erstellt und nahtlos in Planungen integriert werden.\r\n\r\nDie Bohrkronen von ISCHEBECK bieten Pr\u00e4zision, Qualit\u00e4t und Effizienz f\u00fcr jeden Baugrund und werden kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. Als Beispiel seien die Hartmetall-Stiftbohrkrone und die Hartmetall-Y-Stufenbohrkrone genannt, die mit optimiertem Design f\u00fcr eine verbesserte Bohrleistung sorgen.\r\n\r\nISCHEBECK zeigte auf der bauma 2025 nicht nur die bew\u00e4hrte Ankerkopf\u00f6se TITAN f\u00fcr Mikropf\u00e4hle, die f\u00fcr tempor\u00e4re und permanente Abspannungen geeignet sind, sondern auch eine speziell entwickelte Ankerkopf-Doppel\u00f6se. Diese ma\u00dfgeschneiderte L\u00f6sung wurde gemeinsam mit einem Kunden f\u00fcr Stromleitungsprojekte in den USA entwickelt und basiert auf dessen spezifischen Anforderungen. Another example is the new TITAN SUSTAIN micropile, which enables significant CO\u2082 savings through the use of recycled steel scrap and production powered by green electricity. A particularly relevant application is the use of TITAN micropiles as foundations for geothermal energy systems. Harnessing geothermal energy is becoming an increasingly important part of the energy mix. By integrating a probe into the TITAN micropile, access to near-surface geothermal energy becomes possible.\r\n\r\nWith smartTITAN, ISCHEBECK offers digital tools to support structural design and is continuously improving their functionality. With the new GeoBIM tool, custom Revit models can be created and seamlessly integrated into project planning.\r\n\r\nISCHEBECK drill bits stand for quality and efficiency in all soil conditions and are under continuous development. Notable examples include the tungsten carbide button bit and the tungsten carbide Y-step bit, both of which feature optimised designs for enhanced drilling performance.\r\n\r\nAt bauma 2025, we showcased not only the proven TITAN eye bolts for micropiles\u2014suitable for both temporary and permanent tensioning\u2014but also a specially developed double eye bolt. This customised solution was created in collaboration with a client for power line projects in the United States, tailored precisely to their requirements. Als St\u00fctzturm, Tragger\u00fcst, Treppenturm, Randtisch, Schaltisch oder auch Schalwagen, f\u00fcr hohe und niedrige Lasten \u2013 die M\u00f6glichkeiten sind vielf\u00e4ltig. Ein auf der bauma gezeigter Alu-Aussteifrahmen aus dem hauseigenen Mietpark ist bereits seit 1992 im Einsatz. Der Rahmen ist nach wie vor mit dem aktuellen System kompatibel, voll funktionsf\u00e4hig und zeigt so die Langlebigkeit des Systems.\r\n\r\nDie Alu-Deckenschalung TITAN HV steht f\u00fcr schnelles, sicheres und einfaches Arbeiten auf der Baustelle. ISCHEBECK zeigte, wie der Einschalprozess effizient abl\u00e4uft \u2013 praxisnah und anwenderfreundlich. Gleichzeitig erf\u00fcllt das System die definierten Anforderungen der DGUV-Regel 101-014, wenn die Tr\u00e4ger in einem Abstand von \u2264 30 cm verlegt werden, auch ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Sicherungsma\u00dfnahmen. Gepr\u00fcft nach GS-BAU 18. Au\u00dferdem best\u00e4tigen neue Zeitaufnahmen die unglaubliche Schnelligkeit bei Ein- und Ausschalen des Systems.\u00a0Diese beiden Aspekte der integrierten Arbeitssicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit geben weiterhin Investitionssicherheit.\r\n\r\nAuch im Bereich Infrastruktur zeigt das Unternehmen Pr\u00e4senz: Mit langj\u00e4hriger Erfahrung und zahlreichen nationalen wie internationalen Projekten unterstreicht ISCHEBECK seine Kompetenz in einem Marktsegment mit Perspektive. Whether used as a megashore tower, megashore shoring, stair case tower, edge table formwork, table formwork or formwork wagon \u2013 the system offers versatile solutions for all kinds of load situations. A highlight at bauma was an aluminium frame from our rental fleet that has been in use since 1992. Still fully compatible with the current system and in excellent working condition, it demonstrates the system\u2019s outstanding durability.\r\n\r\nThe TITAN HV aluminium slab formwork is engineered for fast, safe and straightforward use on construction sites. ISCHEBECK presented the practical and user-friendly formwork solution, showing just how efficient it can be. When beams are spaced at \u2264 30 cm, the system meets the safety requirements defined by DGUV Rule 101-014 without the need for additional fall protection \u2013 certified according to GS-BAU 18. Recent time studies have also confirmed the impressive speed of the system in both forming and stripping processes. This unique combination of built-in safety and economic efficiency ensures long-term investment security.\r\n\r\nISCHEBECK is also making a strong impact in the infrastructure sector. Im Rahmen der smartTITAN Online-Services wurden neue Tools f\u00fcr den Alu-Verbau entwickelt. Mit dem neuen Konfigurator kann schnell und einfach die individuelle Verbau-Einheit definiert werden. Nach Auswahl der Verbauart \u2013 Grabenverbau, Schachtverbau, Stirnverbau, Kammerplattenverbau \u2013 k\u00f6nnen L\u00e4nge, Breite und Tiefe ausgew\u00e4hlt und eine Artikelliste f\u00fcr die durchgef\u00fchrte Konfiguration erstellt werden. Erg\u00e4nzt wird das Angebot um den AluAssist, ein intelligenter Chatbot, der jederzeit schnell und zuverl\u00e4ssig eine Vielzahl an Antworten und technischen L\u00f6sungen gibt.\r\n\r\nDas modulare Baukastensystem Alu-Leichtverbau GIGANT l\u00e4sst sich flexibel kombinieren und erweitern. Mit wenigen Grundbauteilen k\u00f6nnen alle g\u00e4ngigen Grabenbreiten, -tiefen und Schwierigkeitsgrade (kreuzende Leitungen, rollige B\u00f6den, beengte Platzverh\u00e4ltnisse) realisiert werden. Gleichzeitig \u00fcberzeugt das System durch Leichtigkeit und Schnelligkeit.\r\n\r\nAuf der bauma wird in eine Verbaueinheit eine gebrauchte Alu-Bohle integriert. Diese Bohle ist seit 2014 in vielen Projekten im Einsatz. Trotz ihrer Jahre sieht die Bohle immer noch sehr gut aus und ist vollst\u00e4ndig kompatibel mit neuen Bohlen.\r\n\r\nDer Leiteraufstieg ist ein sicherheitsrelevantes Zusatzelement des Verbausystems GIGANT. Kein Klettern mehr \u00fcber die Kanalstreben oder wackelig aufgestellte Leitern, kein platzraubendes Abb\u00f6schen. As part of the smartTITAN online services, new tools have been developed specifically for aluminium shoring. With the new configurator, users can quickly and easily define their custom trench lining unit. After selecting the trench lining application \u2014 trench shoring, manhole shoring, end-face shoring, trench sheeting \u2014 length, width, and depth can be specified, and a detailed item list for the selected configuration is automatically generated. The service is complemented by AluAssist, an intelligent chatbot that provides quick, reliable answers and technical solutions at any time.\r\n\r\nThe modular trench lining system GIGANT offers maximum flexibility and expandability. With just a few basic components, it can handle all common trench widths, depths and levels of complexity, whether dealing with intersecting utility lines, loose soils or tight working conditions. At the same time, the system stands out for its light weight and fast installation.\r\n\r\nAt bauma, a used aluminium trench lining panel was integrated into a box. This panel has been in active use on various projects since 2014. Despite its years of service, it still looks excellent and remains fully compatible with new panels, demonstrating the system\u2019s durability and long-term value.\r\n\r\nSafe ladder access is another key safety feature of the GIGANT trench lining system. There is no more need to climb over trench struts or rely on unstable ladders nor is space-consuming sloping required.
